From the white tees, the birch tree on the left comes into play at approximately 200 yards. The safer line off the tee favors a line slightly right of the fairway, as a valley runs along the left. The approach plays uphill, so it is advisable to club up. While the hole is short overall, the green is large with higher sections on both sides.
